Professional budget Mini pressure washing and soft wash truck skid. Budget doesn’t mean cheaply built. This skid features the same quality and construction as our popular Workhorse skids. 

48”x48” Compact Size to fit short bed trucks

• Full CNC cut 6061 high grade aluminum skid with back shelf system 48” x 48”. Our back shelf is heavy duty thicker gauge aluminum with gussets for added strength. 
• Honda belt drive 5.5 GPM electric start pressure washer with 3 year warranty (Add $300 for electric start)
• Two 55 gallon tanks with stainless tank straps
• 7 gallon soap tank
• Group 24 battery box. Battery sold separately. You can easily source a marine grade battery locally or buy one from us. 
• Precision Mixer soft wash metering system
• Bleach rinse valve to bring water into your mixing system and prolong the life of your soft wash system. 
• Remco Dual Control 5.3 GPM soft wash pump
• High quality soft wash plumbing with slotted PVC filters and chemical resistant hoses
• Two Expert 12” aluminum full frame reels with stainless manifolds
• 1” drain system w/ schedule 80 heavy duty ball valve. 
• Hudson float valve system w/ garden hose connected. This stops the water and keeps the tank from overflowing. 
• 150 ft of high quality Fierce Jet pressure washer hose. We use a custom hose reel whip line so hoses can be easily removed from the hose reel. Hoses come in one 100 ft length and one 50 ft length. We also use high quality stainless quick connects. Most will cut corners here and use brass or zinc. Quality matters. 
• 200 ft of 1/2 high quality Soft Jet soft wash hose made by Fierce Jet. The ends are custom crimped to 1/2 threaded ends. We occasionally use Rampage hose as well. Both are top rated chemical hose. 
• Chemical resistant ST510 soft wash gun and stainless nozzles sized properly for this system. 
• 36” gun and wand combo
• Constructed with high quality stainless hardware.
• True full stainless clamps. These don’t rust out in 3 months.

Upgrades:

Third hose reel stacked complete with our Expert aluminum hose reel that features 316 SS internals, Flexzilla garden hose 100ft, garden whip line, fittings, SS hose reel stack kit, and additional build labor. +$800

Skid is shown with our custom built pressure washer option. This upgraded pressure washer features a gear drive setup instead of belt drive. Both do exactly the same and make the same pressure and PSI. Our custom machine features a heavy duty aluminum frame, electric start, larger capacity recharging system, and flow sensitive block mounted K7 unloader. This custom pressure washer option is an additional $1000. Most customers opt for our custom machine.
