Shipping
Free shipping applies to a cart total of $200 or more. We do not ship large items weighing over 25lbs for free. For large items, please call us during business hours for a quote.
Returns
We offer returns on new unused items. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the receipt. Shipping back to us will be the responsibility of the customer if item is not damaged. Expert Power Wash will resolve any defective item received to the best of our ability. We do not replace items that the customer has damaged. We do not refund custom built equipment.
Expert Power Wash does not refund custom builds. Our builds are custom built for each individual customer. Our team has ordered parts and put time and money into completing your build. The 50% deposit and your approval is considered final. We understand life changes and will do our absolute best to help you sell your build if another buyer is available but this is a never a guaranteed option. If this option is available, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Card Fees
There are no fees for general online purchases.
Please note that card payments will incur a 3.5% processing fee on equipment purchases. However, orders made through check, bank transfer, or cash will not have any additional fees.
Expert Power Wash accepts wire transfers from the bank of your choice. However, it is important to understand that we do not cover the processing fees associated with wire transfers. For international orders, the wire transfer option must be used unless stated otherwise.

At Expert Power Wash, we take tremendous pride in every piece of equipment we build. Our goal is to set you up for long-term success, and this policy is designed to make sure we’re all on the same page from day one.
Custom Builds – No Returns or Refunds
Because every piece of equipment we build is custom designed and built specifically to meet your unique needs, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. Each build is a one-of-a-kind investment made just for you.
Quality Assurance
Before your equipment ever leaves our shop, it is thoroughly tested and fully functional. We document the entire process with photos and videos, which are kept on record as proof of proper build quality. You can feel confident knowing your equipment has been vetted from start to finish.
Pickup, Loading & Transport
We are happy to help load your equipment at the time of pickup! However, it is solely the customer’s responsibility to secure the equipment in a manner that legally meets the transportation requirements of your jurisdiction. Please plan accordingly before your pickup day.
In-Person Walkthrough – Highly Recommended
We strongly encourage an in-person pickup and walkthrough of your new equipment. We’ll spend up to an hour going over the functions, features, and best practices so you feel confident and ready to hit the ground running. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and leave fully prepared.
Free Soft Wash Training Class
We offer a free soft wash training class and highly recommend taking advantage of it. Proper training helps you get the most out of your equipment and ensures you’re operating it safely and effectively.

Customer Maintenance Responsibilities
To keep your equipment performing at its best, it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain it in accordance with our maintenance requirements. This includes the routine replacement of wearable parts and components. Wearable items have a normal service life and needing to replace them is simply standard industry maintenance — it is not a reflection of build quality.
Additionally, equipment that has been exposed to freezing temperatures due to improper storage is not the responsibility of Expert Power Wash. Please ensure your equipment is properly stored and winterized when applicable.
