Expert Power Wash is pleased to offer **free shipping on qualifying orders over $200**. We believe in fair, transparent pricing for all of our customers — what you see is what you pay.
**Free shipping applies to orders that meet all of the following conditions:**
- Order subtotal exceeds $200
- No individual item exceeds 55 lbs.
- Order does not contain large or heavy items (see exclusions below)
- Order does not require freight shipping
Free shipping is calculated using the best available rate for both our business and our customers and is typically fulfilled via a **ground shipping service**.

Free Shipping Exclusions
The following items are **excluded** from free shipping, regardless of order total:
- 5-gallon pails of cleaners or chemicals
- Tanks
- Pressure washing machines
- Hoses
- Any item exceeding **55 lbs.**
- Any item requiring **freight shipping**
Shipping costs for excluded items may be displayed at checkout. However, items requiring special shipping instructions or freight shipping will not have an automatic rate available — **please call us directly to receive a shipping quote** before placing your order.

No Soft Builds, Trailers, or Skids
Expert Power Wash does **not** offer pre-built or “soft build” pressure washing packages with free shipping. Companies that advertise these offers are simply hiding shipping costs within their product prices. We are strongly opposed to this practice. Our commitment is to offer the most competitive pricing in the industry through honest, transparent pricing — always.

Carrier & Delivery Responsibility
- **Lost Freight:** Expert Power Wash is not responsible for packages or freight lost by the carrier. In the event of a lost shipment, customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the carrier.
- **Theft After Delivery:** Expert Power Wash is not responsible for theft or loss that occurs after a package has been marked as delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and be available to secure their delivery upon arrival.
- **Incorrect Addresses:** Expert Power Wash is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order.

Returns & Refunds
- **Shipped Orders:** We do not issue refunds on orders that have already been shipped.
- **Return Shipping:** If a return is warranted, it is the **customer’s responsibility** to ship the item(s) back at their own expense.
- **Item Condition:** Returned items must be in **original, unopened packaging** and in resellable condition. Items that do not meet this standard will not be eligible for a refund.
