Transit Pressure Washing Van Build

Transit van pressure washing build. Here’s all the details of our custom built pressure washing and soft wash van setup. 

This van is a 2020 Ford Transit van provided by the customer. Our goal was to maximize the floor space while making this the most efficient pressure washing setups available. 

• Honda GX690 Gear drive pressure washer featuring our block mounted K7 unloader. This pressure washer puts out 8 GPM 3500 PSI. The perfect balance for commercial and residential cleaning. 
• Custom fabricated aluminum hose reel mounting system. This mounting system is made of 1/4 heavy duty aircraft grade aluminum. 
• Three Titan electric 12” hose reels. Our reels feature the upgraded stainless manifolds that is resistant to the highly corrosive sodium hypochlorite cleaning mixtures. 
• Three premium heavy duty 12” hose reel guides with rollers
• 100 gallon slim buffer tank. An additional slim tank can be added to increase the buffer tank size. 
• 55 gallon bleach chemical tank
• 7 gallon soap tank
• Pro Mixer XL soft wash metering system with oversized valves and plumbing 
• Remco 7 GPM 100 PSI dual control soft wash pump. This pump is the brand new upgraded version of the older Remco pump. The dual control performs better and reduces pump cycling. 
• Deep cycle marine battery to run the soft wash system, power the reels, and start the pressure washer. 
• 200 ft of grey heavy duty one wire non marking pressure washer hose with our custom crimped hose reel whip line that reduces excess fittings and helps the hose lay flat on the reel. 
• 200 ft of 1/2” soft wash hose with custom crimped ends
• 100 ft of Flexzilla 3/4 garden hose complete with our original garden hose whip line. 
• Assembled 36” pressure washer gun and lance
• Soft wash gun with stainless fittings
• Stainless Jrod four nozzle holder with stainless soft wash nozzles. 
• Custom built mounting brackets for the tanks and soft wash system 
• Hudson float valve assembly 
• 1” drain hose assembly 
• Teejet filter system to keep the pressure washer pump clean and clear. 
• Tucker 4 stage pure water window cleaning system. Note: you will need to have a metal bulkhead installed prior to the build. 
• Tucker hose reel with 150 ft of 3/8 hose
• Tucker hose reel mounting system that secures the reel but also makes it mobile if needed
• 100 ft of 5/16 Tucker water fed pole hose
• Custom fabricated exhaust system that vents through the floor of the van
• Fuel system that pulls fuel from the van gas tank. This requires a bit of work. Not all vans qualify for this unique feature.
