Max Flow Pressure Washing Truck Skid Setup- Alex's Skid

This is one of our custom built pressure washing soft wash truck skids featuring a higher capacity of water as well as multiple pressure washing systems and soft wash. This custom build was built for Alex of Stockton Car Wash. There is a full walkthrough video of this build linked in the photos.

Features of this unique truck skid

• Heavy duty aluminum double reinforced 8ft truck skid with a lifetime warranty.
• Matching heavy duty surface cleaner rack designed to hold a Whisper Wash 19" Classic. 
• Honda GX690 custom built gear drive 8 GPM pressure washer with a block mounted soft release unloader.
• Honda GX390 custom built gear drive 5.5 GPM pressure washer with a block mounted soft release unloader. This machine is electric start.
• Four of our extra thick slim 100 gallon tanks. Three are connected with high quality heavy duty plumbing for a total of 300 gallons of water capacity. Plumbing the tanks together reduces sloshing. The fourth 100 gallon tank is for bleach. The larger bleach tank helps the ability to bring more chemicals for the larger projects.
• Two 7 gallon soap tanks with a three way valve to be able to switch between additional soaps. These soap tanks are mounted with our heavy duty aluminum soap tank brackets.
• Four Titan electric hose reels with stainless manifolds and swivels. These full frame reels are the upgraded Titan reels rated for chemicals. We also include our high quality stainless Titan stacks with SS hardware. This truck setup features two 12" reels double stacked and two 18" reels double stacked. We use heavier duty USA wiring, USA pure tinned copper lugs, and a USA 50a circuit breaker.
• Upgraded brand new FlowPro electronic downstream system plumbed properly with a rinse valve system
• Remco's latest Dual Control 12-volt 7 GPM 100 PSI USA made soft wash pump with viton seals, designed to withstand chemical usage. The higher flow and PSI are more effective for reaching high peaks or shooting greater distances. We dial in our pressure switches to run smoothly and at it’s peak performance. These new pumps reduce cycling commonly found on other cheaper pumps.
• Our own designed Pro Mixer XL soft wash mixing system, featuring valves and plumbing designed for long life and compatibility with your pump. Proportional metering valves ensure a higher flow rate, reducing stress on your pump and allowing for greater distance when roof cleaning. We’ve upgraded the water and bleach valves to 3/4 free of charge. We have found the at the 3/4 valves allow for greater flow and less restriction which leads to better distance. We also build our systems with the top of the line check valves that feature hastalloy springs which are more chemical resistant than the commonly used stainless steel springs. 
• 3-way bleach rinse valve with mounts, barbs, and stainless clamps, prolonging the life of the pump by keeping the system fully rinsed out.
• ST-510 soft wash gun with stainless couplers for optimal performance.
• Stainless steel 4-nozzle J rod, allowing you to spray multiple patterns effortlessly. Our nozzles are perfectly dialed and matched to our dual control pump. 
• Marine-grade high-quality Interstate battery, built to withstand daily recharging and extended use.
• Hudson Float Valve Assembly, automatically shutting off the water when the tank is full and allowing water to fill when needed.
• One-inch buffer tank drain assembly, featuring high quality blue hose with a ball valve. This assembly serves to drain the tanks, fill buckets, and act as an emergency wash station.
• High-quality Kuri Tec poly braid hose used for all soft wash plumbing. The way your soft wash system is plumbing and the materials used makes a huge difference on performance. We have run endless tests to make our systems perform better. This is an area where you can not cut corners to save a few bucks  
• Buffer tank plumbing complete with high quality blue crush-proof suction hose, strainer filter system, banjo fittings, and high-quality stainless clamps.
• Highest quality Fierce Jet Soft Wash Hose 1/2 with crimped 1/2 NPT fittings, providing durability and reliability. 200 ft. 
• Top of the line Fierce Jet grey smooth non marking hose. This hose is a better higher rated hose than standard grey hoses.
• Commercial grade 100ft 3/4 garden hose complete with our unique whip line that reduces the kink on the reel.
• Every nut, bolt, and washer is rust-resistant stainless steel, ensuring longevity and durability. We have recently started moving into 316 stainless instead of 304. This adds even more quality and long term durability. This cost us a little more but it’s important to offer our customers the very best.
• Upgraded wiring on the pressure washer to double-insulated USA made 6 AWG wiring.
• Upgraded  USA made 10 AWG wiring and fuse links on the soft wash system. We even use USA quality fuses. 
• High Flow 4 stage high flow pure water window cleaning system with custom mount
• Mounted water fed hose reel to the top of the EPW box complete with a locking bracket that makes the hose reel removable. This reel comes with 100 ft of high quality water fed pole hose.
• 2315 chemical resistant house wash gun for downstreaming.
• Pressure washer gun with a 36" lance
• M5DS Twist nozzle for low pressure spraying and downstreaming.
• Top of the line Whisper Wash 19" Classic

We recommend a 3/4 to 1 ton truck for this skid. This would commonly be a F250 or 2500 truck with an 8ft skid.

Dry weight for this skid is approximately 1675 lbs.
