Complete Soft Wash Plumbing Kit for 12V Pumps

Our Soft Wash Plumbing Kit is intended for use with a 3/4" outlet to 3/4" inlet from the mixer manifold to the 12V pump and 1/2" outlet to 1/2" inlet from the 12V pump to the hose reel.

This Soft Wash 12V Pump Plumbing Kit Includes:

• 30ft of high quality chemical grade clear poly braid 1/2” hose for the SH, water, and rinse line for a 3 way rinse valve. There should also be enough hose to run to from the outlet of the pump to the hose reel. You may have a little extra but it’s good to have extra of this hose.
• 10ft of high quality chemical grade clear poly braid 1/4” hose for your soap line.
• 2ft of 3/4" suction hose to run from the outlet of mixer manifold to the inlet of the 12V pump.
• 3 - 1/2” Uniseals for running hoses into the tanks to eliminate bulkheads and excess connections. 
• 3 built in house Bleach Slotted PVC Filters to keep all the pick lines debris free. The filters also include banjo 1/2” barbs to connect the hoses.
• 1 - 1/4” Poly filter for the soap line.
• 3 - 1" X 18.5" White PEX-B Drop Sticks to help keep the Bleach Filters at the bottom of the tanks.
• 1 - 1/2 X 12" Threaded Grey Schedule 40 PVC Drop Stick to help keep the 1/4" Soap Filter at the bottom of the soap tank.
• 1/2" Stainless barb fitting on the hose reel that connects the outlet of the pump to the inlet of the reel.

• 2 Full stainless #10 hose clamps for the manifold to pump. 
• 8 Full stainless #6 hose clamps. You will have a few extra. Note: Do not use any clamps inside of the tanks. Just heat the hose up and push onto the barbs.
• 2 Full stainless #4 hose clamps for the soap line. 
  
  

For the 3/4 kit everything is the same except we swap out the 1/2” poly braid hose for 3/4” blue crush proof hose and 3/4 tank seals along with larger hose clamps.

**  Please Note:  

Do not use any clamps inside of the tanks. Just heat the hose up and push onto the barbs.  **

If using a FloJet pump, We can swap out the 1/2 poly braid hose for 3/4 blue crush proof hose and 3/4 tank seals, just select the 3/4 kit.
