Soft Wash Mini Skid

Our new soft wash mini skid is now available. This is the perfect soft wash skid to fit smaller bed size trucks and vans. With a very compact 40”x48” footprint, this skid will fit just about anything. 

We believe in high quality and reliability. This soft wash skid was built to just work. 

• 40” x 48” high quality aircraft grade aluminum base with forklift cutouts. Precision CNC cuts and bends to add strength and durability. 
• Two vertical 55 gallon heavy duty tanks with breathable lids
• High quality heavy duty tank straps. This is a very overlooked area of most builds. We went a little overboard here to make sure your system would be secure and last. 
• Seven gallon soap tank
• Full frame aluminum 12” reels with stainless steel chemical resistant swivels and manifolds on both reels. 
• Stainless steel hose reel stack kit. Not the cheap steel ones that are often used on budget builds. 
• 200 ft of 1/2 Fierce Jet GOOD soft wash hose with crimped ends
• Suttner ST510 soft wash gun that threads onto the soft wash hose. This is considered to be the best soft wash gun for 12V systems. 
• Stainless steel four nozzle holder with the perfectly dialed in stainless meg nozzles in 40,25,15,0 degree sizes. 
• 100 ft of 5/8" Flexzilla garden hose with our added garden hose with line that reduces kinks on the reel. This comes complete with high quality brass fittings on the whip line. 
• High quality Pro Mixer metering system with Precision Pro metering valves. 
• Bleach rinse out system to keep your system free of corrosive bleach that sits in the valves. This will also prolong the life of your pump. 
• Remco 5.3 GPM 100 PSI 12V soft wash pump. We use the new Dual Control pump, not the standard cheap Remco pump. This pump shoots similar to a 7 GPM. This new pump is more reliable and reduces cycling. 
• High quality plumbing system using genuine hoses and fittings. 
• Slotted PVC bleach filters
• Heavy duty aluminum mounting soft wash stand
• Hudson float valve to automatically turn the water off when the tank is full
• High quality brass garden inlet system to fill the water tank. 
• Stainless steel 316 hardware throughout the skid for added strength and long term build quality
